Venues without plumbing
This is the part of the Lowcountry where a restroom trailer is not an upgrade, it is the plan. Many Johns Island properties have no permanent facilities at all, which means the trailer is doing the whole job for the whole day and sizing it correctly actually matters.
Dirt roads and soft ground
Field access after a wet week is the single most common reason a delivery goes sideways out here. We check the forecast, we check the approach, and we bring boards. If the ground will not hold, we would rather move the placement than sink a trailer at your ceremony.
Water and power are often absent
Plan on a generator and a full fresh tank. We quote it in from the start rather than adding it once we arrive and discover the barn outlet does not work.
