Service area · Kiawah & Seabrook
Restroom trailers for Kiawah and Seabrook.
Gated, regulated, and worth every bit of the paperwork. Island deliveries need planning that starts weeks before the date.
What is different here
Kiawah and Seabrook, specifically.
Gate access takes lead time
Both islands control vehicle access, and a trailer showing up unannounced does not get through. We submit the contractor or vendor access request ahead of time and confirm it before your week-of. This is the single most common reason island rentals go wrong.
Beach and dune placement
Soft sand and protected dune areas are not tow-friendly, and some placements are simply not permitted. We scout the actual site rather than guessing from a satellite view, and we will propose a spot that works instead of one that only looks close.
Higher expectations
Island events tend to be the highest end we do, and the standard is correspondingly unforgiving. The trailer arrives detailed, and for these dates we usually recommend an attendant.
Venues we serve
Where we set up around Kiawah and Seabrook.
Resort lawns, oceanfront homes, club venues, and private residences behind the gate on both islands.
